James Rosenthal

Jim Rosenthal is a commercial litigator. Since graduating from Georgetown law school in 1990, he has represented athletes, physicians, investors, shareholders, entrepreneurs, employees, financial institutions and other businesses in disputes where the outcome is measured in dollars, but the stakes just as often involve a career, a reputation, a critical business relationship or an individual or business’s future prospects. He has won significant victories for clients in federal and state courts and in binding arbitration. He lives in Shaker Heights with his wife Annie Fullard, a founding member of the renowned Cavani String Quartet, and their son, Sam.
