Binder, et al. v. Cuyahoga County

  • Blog

The Cuyahoga County Court of Appeals rules in favor of CRK clients, a number of employees of Cuyahoga County, in their appeal from a dismissal of their case against the County.  The employees disputed the County’s unilateral imposition of additional hours to their work week in 2012 with no corresponding increase in pay.  The appellate court reversed and remanded to the trial court to consider both the employees’ claim for class certification and possible consolidation with other litigation involving County employees.  Read about the ruling by clicking here.
