AT THE PODIUM: "The Impact of Twombly and Iqbal: What, If Anything, Has Changed."

The evening’s program at the Judge John M. Manos Inn of Court was about the landmark cases of Bell Atlantic Corp. v. Twombly, 550 U.S. 544 (2007) and Ashcroft v. Iqbal, 556 U.S. ___, 129 S. Ct. 1937 (2009).  The program was headed by Mark Phillips and included Judge Christopher Boyko, Judge Melody Stewart, Anna Raske, Sean Lavin and Jim Rosenthal, who presented the “plaintiff’s perspective” on these game-changing decisions.
